International Orders
All products on our website are in stock unless shown as 'please call', this
means we can deliver your order to you very quickly, subject to payment authorisation. The next dispatch date is
shown against each product for your reference, but for international orders, we need to wait 24 hours after your order is placed before we can ship your goods.
Guitar accessories - strings, straps, stands, tuners and other small items
* Orders weighing less than 1kg are posted 'Air Mail', a signature will be required upon delivery.
* Guitars and amplifiers are sent by an International Courier Service, this takes 2-5 working days depending on your location.
* All International Order will be sent to the registered cardholder address only.
We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your goods within the time frame specified.
Please ensure that you include a contact phone number, customs ALWAYS want this to clear goods for inport to your country.
We work with our courier who have 99% delivery rate with their international service.
If there are any unforseen delays we will do our utmost to rectify the issue.
We will Email you confirmation when your order has been dispatched, with a job number if applicable.

International Deliveries
We can deliver to the following European countries, but unfortunately only to mainland destinations, not to Greek Islands, Baliarics, Canary Islands etc.
For all orders under £35, postage is just £5 to any of our European destinations.

Orders over £35
ZONE 1
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain - £15 (including TAX) per order.
For these order VAT at 15% is included in our prices.
ZONE 2
Finland, Portugal and Sweden - £25 (including TAX) per order.
For these order VAT at 15% is included in our prices.
ZONE 3
Switzerland and Norway - £50 (excluding TAX) per order.
This includes a £25 Customs Clearance Charge. These countries are not in the EU, and are therefore not subject to UK tax! |

Our Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can return any goods to us at your own cost within 7 working days of receipt,
provided that you inform us in writing (an Email), the goods are in an unused condition, all packaging and other
information is present, and you request a Returns Authorisation Code from us, no returned goods will be accepted without this code.
We reserve the right to charge a shipping fee to recover our costs of getting the goods to you where appropriate, and will confirm this in writing
at the time.
